Graphology is a method of assessing personality by studying handwriting. The way I approach my subject is in the area of self-development. Not everyone is totally aware of their talents, strengths and weaknesses and, on occasion, I can open an avenue of thought which didn't previously exist. Also, a number of people have psychological blocks that are so deeply buried that they are unaware of them. This also shows up in the handwriting and, when pointed out, means that the subject can then deal with the problem and move on.
Your handwriting can reveal:
- Talents
- Skills that you may not be aware you have or aren't using to the full
- Emotional reactions
- Motivations
- Inter-personal skills
It can be used for:
- Personnel selection
- Counselling
- Team-building
- Partnerships - both professional and personal
- Vocational guidance
- Assessing children's progress and state of mind (limited character analysis as they obviously haven't fully developed)
- Pathology and detection of forgery
To do an in depth analysis I require the following:
- Your age and sex
- At least one page of writing, preferably two, on unlined paper of your choice
- Pen or biro to be used, not pencil
- Signature
- Are you left-handed or right-handed?
- Do you have any respiratory or other ailments that might affect your handwriting?
I offer various levels of analysis:
- An "on the spot" analysis which is for people who are just curious about handwriting and don't want anything too expensive, in depth or time consuming.
- An "in depth" analysis which is for people who want to go further into the subject.
- A "compatibility" analysis which is for people that want to look at the similarities and differences between them and another person. This can be a useful insight in resolving problems and promoting understanding in all types of relationships. You can book either an "on the spot" or "in depth" analysis.
